The Center’s specific objectives and purposes shall be:
To minister to the social,
spiritual, and physical development of all people.
To sponsor programs that address
the needs of the community with special emphasis on programs for families, cultural
activities and projects for youth, elderly, disadvantaged persons and the community
at large.
We hope that you will help us in creating and maintaining this helpful center in support of people in need of our services.

The corporation will sponsor health, human services, education, and other programs
of interest to the community.
To conduct workshops, seminars, and share ideas and
knowledge through interaction with other trained professionals in the areas of technology,
community development, health education, youth development, legal justice, and cultural
enhancement in an effort to improve and mold solid citizenry.
The location for the building of the Center is between East Spring Street and East Wilson Street on North Range Street (a sign marks the spot).
